
Park Rules
- The park is open Daily from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, unless otherwise authorized.
- Permits are required for: Group Bookings-Content creation, Event-fairs,Activations-Drone usage, Professional Photography-Videography and all payments must be made into designated Lagos State Government accounts.
- Children under 15 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian and closely supervised especially in play areas.
- Visitors must maintain orderly conduct and treat staff, security personnel and other park users with respect.
- Assault, harassment and vulgar language will not be tolerated.
- Loitering, begging, soliciting and unauthorized sales will result in fines or arrest.
- Indecent exposure will result in removal from the park.
- Styrofoam products, Breakable items (except for infant care and feeding), Firearms, weapons, explosives and hazardous substances, Narcotics, intoxicants, illicit drugs and controlled substances are all prohibited.
- Bags, coolers and containers are subject to search by park officials at the entrance to ensure prohibited items are not brought into the park.
- No open-air grilling or cooking, except in designated areas with prior approval.
- No food and drinks in play areas.
- Excessively loud music or sound amplifiers are not permitted.
- Soundlevels for approved events must not exceed 65 decibels.
- Personal generators are only permitted in designated areas with prior approval.
- Fireworks, firecrackers etc. require prior approval.
- Pets are not allowed, except certified guide animals or those approved for specific events.
- No chairs, tables or canopies on the lawn.
- No spitting, urinating or defecating outside designated restrooms.
- No unhygienicuse of fountains, pools and water features.
- Any damage to trees, flowers, lawns or park facilities caused by improper use or negligence will be billed to the responsible individual(s).
- No ball games, bicycles, scooters or skateboards on lawns.
- Do not pitch tents, shelters or camp overnight without authorization.
- Please keep valuables and personal items attended to at all times.
- We will not be liable for any loss or damage within and outside the park premises.
- Violations may result in fines, arrest or further legal action.
- We reserve the right to deny entry or remove any individual or group violating park rules.
- Minimum fine of ₦50,000.00 (Fifty Thousand Naira) only per person for violations.
